Where do I find my discount codes?
- All active discount codes in your account Benefits tab. You can copy codes directly from there and apply them when checking out of your shopping cart at one of our partner vendors.
I didn't receive my discount code email. What should I do?
- If you didn't receive your code (check spam), log into your account and check the Benefits tab. For help, chat with an agent or email your details and reason to coachcare@usta.com or reply to the Coach Net email.
Do discount codes expire?
- Yes, Wilson codes expire 12 months from membership activation. Gear discount expiration dates vary by vendor and will be clearly stated in your Benefits tab.
My discount code isn't working. What's wrong?
- Please verify that you're using the correct vendor website, the code hasn't expired, and you're purchasing eligible items. If you're seeing a specific error message, contact Coach Care support for further assistance.
Is there a minimum purchase amount required for discount codes?
- There is no minimum purchase amount required to use your discount codes for Wilson, Head, or Babolat. However, to use the Babolat discount, you must purchase a specific combination of items that corresponds with your current Coaching package tier (see more details below). To take advantage of the free shipping, you must make a minimum purchase of $50.
Can I use multiple discount codes together?
- No, only one USTA Coaching discount code can be used per transaction. Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated by the vendor.
What happens to my discounts if I downgrade my membership?
- Active discount codes remain valid until their expiration date even if you downgrade. However, you won't receive new codes if you no longer meet eligibility requirements.
Where can I see all participating vendors?
- The complete list of participating vendors is available in your Benefits tab and will be updated as new partnerships are added.
Where do I enter my Babolat discount code?
- First create an account or log in to an existing account on Babolat.com. After you have selected your items, proceed to check out and enter the discount code in the "Do you have a promo code?" box to apply the discount. Lastly, enter the shipping information and payment method to complete the purchase.
- If something is out of stock, the package cannot be completed.

Where do I enter my Head discount code?
- Log in to Head.com and set up an account or continue as a guest. Shop for the products you wish to purchase. Enter the shipping address and add a payment method. Add the discount code, click apply, and complete the purchase.
