Coaches are matched by a data-driven matching algorithm based on the custom logic, questions, and weights configured in the user Profiles.
There is an optional (but highly recommended) Launch Call at the beginning of each session and an optional (but highly recommended) Closing Call at the end of the session. Training videos are mandatory for all mentors and mentees. Each Mentorship pair will establish their own cadence of calls to connect. USTA Coaching does provide recommendations for Mentors and mentees to connect during the mentorship program.

Tip: You can also manually end a match anytime by going to your Home page, selecting your match profile, clicking End Match, and choosing a reason.
