Do I need to have a USTA account to join the USTA Coaching program?
- Yes, during the sign up process those without a USTA account will be prompted to create a USTA account which will also be their USTA Coaching account. Those signing up for USTA Coaching that already have a USTA account will be prompted to login to that account to complete the registration.
What is the difference between certification and Coaching packages?

USTA Coaching has taken a unique approach to certification to create the most flexible and customizable approach to coach education.

Benefit Packages: Coaches choose their benefits package based on their needs.
- Baseline: Coaches who do not want full access to online courses and certification but still want discounts, newsletters and community.
- Rally: Coaches who want full access to online courses and certification, a few discounts, but still have access to newsletters, community and resources.
- Pro: Coaches who want full access to online courses and certification, maximum opportunity for discounts, accident insurance and telehealth, full immersion into the coach community and resources.
- Pro Plus: All the benefits of Pro plus general liability insurance.

Certification: USTA Coaching offers education to coaches at each package level.
- Baseline has limited access to online courses. Most courses to attain certification are not accessible with the Baseline package. You can still participate in virtual and in-person events.
- Rally, Pro, and Pro Plus packages give full access to online courses and workshops that allow coaches to attain full certification with USTA Coaching.

- USTA Coaching offers education, in person workshops, training, and learning pathways that will support a coach’s growth to achieve whatever coaching goals they have. In addition to education resources, USTA Coaching also offers personal development opportunities through community discussion boards, cohorts, mentorship programs, networking opportunities and life style benefits from top brands.
What does a USTA Coaching benefits package include?
- Each of the four USTA Coaching packages offers access to educational resources (Course Catalog page), networking opportunities (found on the Community Page), coaching tools, and exclusive content tailored to your coaching level. How can our facility become a USTA Coaching Education Center?
- Facilities interested in becoming a USTA Coaching Education Center should reach out to ustacoaching@usta.com to express their interest. There is criteria that potential facilities will be assessed against in order to become a USTA Coaching Education Center, in addition to approval by their USTA Section.
Does USTA Coaching provide insurance benefits that can be passed down to facility staff?
- Yes, through USTA Coaching partners, subscribers can explore a range of insurance options that are not only available for the individual but also policies for groups of individuals. Facility coverage added onto subscribers personal general liability insurance (ProPlus package only) is complimentary to all subscribers who qualify for insurance.
Are there any tailored packages available for clubs or facilities employing 10 or more coaches?
- Yes, USTA Coaching will offer discounts to facilities that register 10 or more coaches. To inquire about pricing, please contact ustacoaching@usta.com
How do I track the status of my welcome gift delivery?
- Please contact Coach Care. For chat, ask for an agent. For email, send your details to coachcare@usta.com or reply to the Coach Net email to check your welcome gift status. Delivery may take up to 30 days from your subscription date.
