How do I unlock the 20% equipment gear discount?
- You can unlock the 20% discount by becoming Safe Play approved. Please refer to How to Become Safe Play Approved for a detailed guide to complete this step.
Where do I find my discount code once it's unlocked?
- All active discount codes are available 24/7 in your account Benefits tab. You can copy codes directly from there.
How do I know if I'm Safe Play approved so I can activate my discount code?
- Check your subscription status in your account dashboard. If you're Safe Play approved, you'll see this status and receive an email notification about unlocking your tennis gear discount.
How do I choose my preferred vendor?
- Once you're Safe Play approved, visit your Benefits tab and select "Choose Vendor" next to the 20% Gear Discount. You'll see a list of participating vendors to choose from.
What happens after I choose my vendor?
- You'll receive an email with your unique 20% discount code for that specific vendor. The code will also appear in your Benefits tab.
Can I change my vendor selection?
- Vendor selection is typically permanent for your subscription period. Contact Coach Care support if you have special circumstances requiring a change.
What equipment is included in the gear discount?
- The discount applies to tennis equipment as defined by each vendor's terms and conditions. Specific exclusions vary by vendor.
