If I cancel my subscription but then decide to re-activate it before my current term expires, will I be charged again?
- Subscriptions cannot be cancelled and are paid in full for 365 days of access, however, subscribers can disable auto-renewal. A customer who has canceled their subscription will need to manually re-enable auto-renewal if they decide to continue their subscription in the future. This implies a new charge would occur upon reactivation.
I think I have two active accounts and have been charged twice. How do I request for a refund?
- If you have been charged for two active accounts under the same person (e.g., due to different names, addresses, or email addresses), Please contact Coach Care. For chat, ask for an agent. For email, send your details and reason to coachcare@usta.com or reply to the Coach Net email. You can also call +1-833-380-6332.
What payment methods are accepted for USTA Coaching subscriptions?
- We accept multiple payment options through the Stripe checkout system. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, Apple Pay (on Apple devices), Google Pay (on Android/Chrome devices), ACH transfers, and Klarna. Your email address will be pre-filled during checkout based on your account information.
How do prorated credits work?
-
When you upgrade, we calculate the unused value of your current package and apply it as a credit toward your new package. You'll see a clear breakdown of:
- Your prorated credit amount
- The cost of your new package
- Your final payment amount
Will I see the costs before confirming my upgrade?
- Yes! Before you complete any upgrade, you'll see a detailed breakdown showing your prorated credit, new package cost, and final payment amount.
When will my credit card be charged after selecting a paid package?
- Your credit card will be charged for your selected package (Rally, Pro, Pro+) after completing your SafePlay certification and confirming that it is 'active'. You will then return to ustacoaching.com to complete the purchase of your selected package.
What if I dispute a charge from USTA Coaching with my bank (file a chargeback)?
- If you dispute a charge (a chargeback), your access to the USTA Coaching platform and all associated benefits will be immediately turned off.
Can a refund be issued to a different payment method than the one I originally used?
- No. Refunds are issued to the same method of payment originally used for purchase. Please contact USTA Coach Care if your original payment method is no longer valid.
I'm using a foreign credit card. Will there be any international transaction fees or currency conversion charges?
- Users should contact their credit card provider for clarification in cases of concern. We are unaware of any standard international fees, but this should be confirmed from the purchaser of a package based on their location and carrier.
How is my payment handled when I buy a USTA Coaching subscription as a gift for someone else?
- The gift giver would make the full payment for the subscription at the time of purchase. The recipient would then activate their subscription.

Disclaimers & Renewal Timing
How does the auto-renewal process work?
- Upon purchasing a USTA Coaching subscription, you're automatically opted into the auto-renewal option. Your subscription will automatically renew one year after your initial purchase date unless you cancel the auto-renewal. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time through your account settings and the auto-renewal will automatically be disabled.
How do I cancel my subscription's auto-renewal? Will I get a refund for my current term?
-
Customers are automatically opted-in to the auto-renewal option. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in your settings. If you turn off auto-renewal, your subscription will remain active for the full 365-day term you've already paid for. No refund will be provided for the current term.

What if my credit card on file expires before my USTA Coaching subscription is due for auto-renewal?
- If your payment method on file expires, your auto-renewal attempt would likely fail. You would need to update your payment method in your account settings.
What are the different disclaimers I need to accept when purchasing a subscription?
- The disclaimers you'll need to accept vary by subscription package. All paid subscriptions require accepting the AJG GAIS (Gallagher) disclaimer. Pro subscriptions additionally require accepting the Gallagher, Everest disclaimer and e-consent. Pro Plus subscriptions require accepting the Gallagher, Everest disclaimer, Players Health insurance disclaimer, and e-consent. The system logs acceptance with a timestamp. These disclaimers only need to be accepted once - auto-renewals do not require resubmission.
When can I renew or downgrade my subscription?
- You can renew or downgrade your subscription starting 30 days before your current package expires. This policy ensures you get the full value of your current subscription. If you renew your package early, the system will calculate the unused portion of the current package and apply a prorated credit towards the cost of the new package.
