What are the age requirements for each package?
- Age requirements vary by package. The Baseline package is available to individuals 13 years and older. The Rally, Pro and Pro Plus packages require a person to be at least 18 years old. When you purchase a package, the system will automatically show you only the packages you're eligible for based on your date of birth.
If I signed up for Net Generation, do I automatically roll over?
- If you have an account with the USTA, provide tennis opportunities, and are Safe Play approved, you will have the opportunity to opt-into USTA Coaching.
What information is required when creating a USTA Coaching profile?
- When creating your USTA Coaching profile, you must provide your name, date of birth, and shipping address - these fields are required. You'll also be asked how you heard about USTA Coaching (referral information), which is a required field. Business information, including business name, address, and phone number, is optional. Your date of birth is particularly important as it determines which packages you're eligible for based on age requirements.
What are the different disclaimers I need to accept when purchasing a package?
- The disclaimers you'll need to accept vary by package. All paid packages require accepting the AJG GAIS (Gallagher) disclaimer. Pro packages additionally require accepting the Gallagher, Everest disclaimer and e-consent. Pro Plus packages require accepting the Gallagher, Everest disclaimer, Players Health insurance disclaimer, and e-consent. The system logs acceptance with a timestamp. These disclaimers only need to be accepted once—auto-renewals do not require resubmission.

Quick Troubleshooting Checklist
- Trailing Spaces: Try typing the code in manually. Sometimes copying and pasting adds an invisible space at the end of the code.
- Package Eligibility: Some codes apply to specific packages. Double-check that your code applies to the specific package in your cart.
- Apply button: in the checkout cart there is an apply button next to the box for entering the code. Be sure to click APPLY. You know the code works if the total amount of your shopping cart is reduced by the amount of the coupon code.
- Expiration Date: Verify the window for the promotion hasn't closed.

Do I have access to Tennisdrills.tv?
Baseline subscribers do not have access to Tennisdrills.tv as of January 1, 2026. Rally, Pro and Pro Plus have access to TennisDrills as a part of their package.
How do I access Tennisdrills.tv?
To access tennisdrills.tv, simply sign in to ustacoaching.com, visit the My Benefits tab, and click 'Access' under TennisDrills.tv. You will be automatically signed in.
Will business cards and branded clothing be available through USTA Coaching?
- Yes! In 2026, USTA coaches will have access to a marketing resource center that will provide business and marketing templates. The store will have USTA Coaching branded apparel and equipment at affordable prices.
Do I have to purchase a USTA coaching Package to receive a US Open Credential as a College Coach?
- Yes, College coaches must have as least a Baseline ($0) package with USTA Coaching to receive a credential starting in 2026. Deadline to apply for credentials, May 1st.
Is there a deadline for College Coaches to sign up for USTA Coaching in order to receive a US Open Credential?
- Yes, The deadline to sign up for USTA Coaching is May 1st of each year to be eligible for a US Open Credential. Coaches can sign up for any package with USTA Coaching. Coaches will not be able to access US Open credentials in 2026 unless they have a USTA Coaching account.
