How do I register for a workshop before December 31, 2025?
- Currently, coaches can find available Play Facilitator Workshops and Coaching Fundamentals Workshops on ustacoaching.com on the Coaching Workshops page through December 31, 2025.
How do I request a refund for a workshop being hosted in 2025?
- Workshops in 2025 are hosted by USTA Sections and have various refund policies and procedures. These can be viewed on the workshop's registration page.
I am under 18 years old. Can I attend an on-court workshop?
- Junior participants (ages 13-18) can still enroll in our Baseline package and are also able to attend on-court workshops. To participate, minors must complete the Junior Safe Play course. Enrollment in this course must be done manually by emailing ustacoaching.com. After completing the course, please submit proof of completion to ustacoaching.com to be manually enrolled in the workshop by a team member.
What if I’ve previously completed a USTA Coach Education workshop or program, such as Play Facilitator or Coaching Fundamentals?
- Prior participation in USTA Coaching workshops may be acknowledged and mapped to relevant USTA Coaching Badges. Coaches may receive credit upon review of their experiences as part of their progress within the new USTA Coaching pathway. Will I receive credit for completing the Play Facilitator and Coaching Fundamentals Workshop during the 2025 calendar year?
- USTA Coaching will offer the new in-person workshops starting in January 2026. Until then, the Play Facilitator Workshop (PFW) and Coaching Fundamentals Workshop (CFW) will continue to be hosted through the end of 2025. An equivalency for the PFW and CFW will be granted in the new system; click here for the equivalency chart.

Cardio Tennis - 1 day
- Requirements: Open to any coach or fitness instructor with a least a Baseline package, complete Cardio Tennis online course.

- Requirements: Open to any coach with at least a Baseline package, complete online Wheelchair modules
How do I withdraw from a Registered Event in the Online Learning Hub with more than 7 days in advance of the event start date?

If you need to withdraw from an event they have registered for with USTA Coaching, be sure to review the refund policies prior to canceling, then follow the steps below.
- Go to the Education page on your UST Coaching account.
- Go to “My Events” or access the event directly from your dashboard.
- Find the event date you’re registered for.
- Click the small menu arrow (carrot icon) next to the event.
- Select “Withdraw” from the dropdown menu.
How do I get a refund for a workshop starting in 2026?

Coaches will receive a refund if they withdraw from the event 8 days or more from the event.
- Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations or changes made within 8 days of the class start date.
What happens if a workshop is canceled? Do I get a refund?
- USTA Coaching will refund coaches who register for events hosted by USTA Coaching Education that are canceled. Please allow 3-5 business days to the refund to reflected on your bank or credit card statement.
